Book Title 1: Book Title 2: Book Title 3: Number of copies needed: Date Needed*: *Please request books at least two weeks in advance of the date needed. Kits can be reserved up to 1 year in advance. We will try to have the Book Club Kit available to you as close to this date as possible. Kits will be held for one week from the date they are available for pickup and can be checked out for 6 weeks. Book club kits from the State Library must all be checked out on one card and all copies must be returned together.
