For this year's Teen Tech Week we held a contest where you told us how you would make your favorite book into a movie. Here is how the winners envisioned their movies:

• Winner 1 would make an anime film out of Maximum Ride. The soundtrack would include Supermassive Black Hole by Muse.
  
• Winner 2 would make a live action film out of Stuff White People Like. The narrator for the film would by John Krasinski (Jim from The Office).
• Winner 3 would make a movie out of Fablehaven. It would star Selena Gomez as Kendra, Justin Bieber as Seth, Sean Connery as Grandpa, and Helen Mirren as Grandma.

It's Teen Week! This year's theme is Mix & Mash @ your library. To participate, come to the library and enter our Book to Movie Mix & Mash contest. Entering is simple: just fill out a form telling how you would make your favorite book into a movie. Three winners will receive one of the following movie/book combo packs that include a DVD and the young adult book it is based on.

• Twilight book and movie
• Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lighting Thief book and movie
• Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince book and movie
