Book: Swords: An Artist's Devotion by Ben Boos
Recommended by: Becky, Children's Librarian
This is a beautifully-illustrated children's non-fiction book on the history of the sword, both as a weapon and an object of art.  If you have even a passing interest in the subject of swords, you'll find this fascinating, no matter your age.
