Staff Reading Pick
![]() Here is another reading pick from the Logan Library Staff. Book: The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey Recommended by: Karen, Senior Librarian If you like fables or fairy tales and enjoy modern retellings, you are in for a treat! Combining the Russian fable "Little Daughter of the Snow" with a time and location of 1920's Alaska, "The Snow Child" is an enchanting read. Ivey's descriptions are so realistic that I felt like I was in Alaska. The characters are intriguing and very human - or are they? Add this title to your list of 'must reads.'
