The Logan Library will be closed the following days for the Christmas and New Year's holidays:

• Christmas Eve - Saturday, December 24
• The day after Christmas - Monday, December 26
• New Year's Eve - Saturday, December 31
• The day after New Year's Day - Monday, January 2

Book: My Cat, the Silliest Cat in the World
by Gilles Bachelet

If you like cats, or elephants, or both, you'll love this picture book.  The author is describing his pet, comparing his "cat" to what other people say cats are like.  Just reading the words, you'd never know his pet was anything other than an ordinary house cat.  However, in the illustrations, his "cat" is actually an elephant.  It's really quite funny.

The Logan Library would like to invite the public to join library staff and board members in discussing the library's future. Logan Library Board meeting will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the Logan Library Archives Room. The next meeting will be on December 13th - here is the agenda.
