Book: Spaceheadz by Jon Scieszka

Michael begins fifth grade at a new school and discovers that aliens have invaded our planet,  in the form of two kids who learned how to speak English by listening to TV advertisments.  They have a mission: save the Earth by convincing 3,140,001 kids to be SPHDZ.  But with a hamster as their leader, an Anti-Alien Agency on their trail, and only one person—Michael—who believes them, they have a tough job ahead!  This is a quirky book with off-the-wall humor that should really appeal to kids who like the Wimpy Kid series.
