Tax season is here again. You can find most of the information and forms you need from the following sources.

• Utah Income Tax: Utah State Tax Commission website or call 1-800-662-4335.
• Tax Forms for Other States: Federation of Tax Administrators website

You can also find commonly used Utah & Federal Tax forms at the Logan Post Office (75 West 200 North).

The State Library is conducting a survey of the economic benefits of Utah Libraries. The data will be used as evidence to lawmakers of our libraries' value to the State's economy. Take a minute to participate and share the value that libraries have for you. The survey will be available until January 10.
