Library Open Late Friday For Gallery Walk

The library will remain open later than normal on Friday, June 10th to participate in the CVCA Gallery Walk. We will be featuring the art of:

Clara Sangai Hahn
Charcoal, pencil, mixed media


"I graduated from USU with Masters in Fine Art some time ago and I lived in Paris, France for my art activities. Now I am retired person, wishing to do something for the public. My art works are mostly of charcoal/ pencil / mixed media on paper; its contents are mountains, mostly those in Logan area."

When: Friday, June 10th: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Where: Logan Library

Cache Valley Storytelling Festival

The Logan Library and The Friends of the Logan Library present the 2016 Cache Valley Storytelling Festival.

When: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, June 9 - 11, 2016
Where: Merlin Olson Central Park, 250 East Center, Logan, Ut

Six Feature Storytellers, several Mystery Storytellers, and outstanding Youth Storytellers will be there to entertain you. This year's Feature Storytellers include Kim Weitkamp, Bernadette Nason, Bil Lepp, Clive Romney, Ted Erekson, and Wayne McKay.

Summer Reading Programs 2016 Start Today

Everyone likes to have fun! Whether you have hobbies, play sports, or just enjoy relaxing with a good book, the Logan library has lots of fun things for you to do this summer!

Children's Activities:
  • Family Story Time for all ages: Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 11:00 a.m. in the Jim Bridger Room.
  • Spanish-language Storytime: Wednesday morning - 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday evening - 6:30 p.m.
  • Summer Maker Activities: Thursdays at 2:00 in the Lake Bonneville Room.
Teen Activities:
  • Read: Track your reading and win prizes
  • Write: Review something you've read, watched, seen, or listened to and be entered into a monthly drawing for tickets to SLC Comic Con
  • Play: Attend two of our teen programs in one month and be entered into a monthly drawing for tickets to SLC Comic Con
Adult Reading Program:
  • Reading Bookmarks for tracking your reading time
  • Write book reviews
  • Reading Bingo Challenge
  • All entries will be entered into a prize drawing

Join us, beginning on Monday June 6th.
