Book Drops Temporarily Closed

Due to construction near the Logan Library, the outdoor drive-up book drops are currently unavailable. They should be back in a week, after being relocated next to the Utility Billing drop box. Please use the book drop located on the outside of the building, next to the Library entry doors.

Parking is available directly south or west of the library or on side streets. Be sure to follow all city parking rules. Any questions about these changes should be directed to the City of Logan.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Friends of the Logan Library Book Sale

The Friends of the Logan Library are holding a huge 3-day book sale.

When: September 21, 22, and 23
Where: Logan Library Lake Bonneville Room

The first day Thursday, September 21, will be a members-only sale. Friends of the Logan Library Memberships will be available at the door for $5 (individuals) and $10 (families). Friday, September 22 and Saturday, September 23, will be open to the everyone.

Books are $5 a bag, $1 per hardback, $0.50 per paperback.

Hours:
Thursday, September 21: Friends Members Only: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
(Membership available at the door).
Friday, September 22: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Open to all).
Saturday, September 23: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Open to all).

Come be a Friend to YOUR library and get some good books and information in the process.

Creating Your New 21st Century Library - Public Meeting

Logan City is working with the highly qualified architectural team from Design West, and they have recommended the V1/Grizzly station site. Their next public meeting will be held this Monday.

When: Monday, September 18th at 6 PM
Where: Logan City Hall - Municipal Council Chambers, 290 N 100 W, Logan

This is a critical meeting which will focus on "what is in your 21st Century library" and what those resources would mean for Logan. Public input is highly encouraged, so come prepared with hopes, ideas, and favorites to share with the design team.
