Bookcover: BreakupHere is another reading pick from the Logan Library Staff.

Book: Breakup by Dana Stabenow
Recommended by: Barbara, Library Technical Assistant
Breakup is about what happens when Kate Shugak, a 5 foot 120 pound Aleut and former DA investigator from Anchorage, moves to her father's homestead in the Alaskan Bush. This book has mystery, humor, and lots of excitement. From a jet engine that falls off of a 727, to a bear attack, to a Hatfield type feud, there is never a dull moment. The author is from Alaska and her stories bring the Alaska Bush to life. A great read!
