Logan Library Storytime Registration
Logan Library's Storytime is a program for children 5 and under that introduces children to books, reading, and the library. Each Storytime we explore a different theme through books, songs, puppet stories, fingerplays, and more!

Registration is required for our preschool Storytime for children ages 3 to 5. It is 30 minute program offered Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Choose a day and time and go to http://library.loganutah.org/kids/storytime.cfm to register your child. Each registration lasts for 1 block which is six weeks.

Upcoming Registration Dates are as follows:

Block 2 Monday, October 7th to Saturday, October 26th
     Block 2 registration begins Monday, October 7th and ends Saturday October 26th.
     Storytime for Block 2 begins Tuesday, October 22nd.

Block 3 Monday, December 2nd to Saturday, January 11th
     Block 3 registration begins Monday, December 2nd and ends Saturday, January 11th.
     Storytime for Block 3 begins Tuesday, January 7th.

Block 4 Monday, February 10th to Saturday, March 1st
     Block 4 registration begins Monday, February 10th and ends Saturday, March 1st.
     Storytime for Block 4 begins Tuesday, February 25th.

Block 5 Monday, March 31st to Saturday April 19th
     Block 5 registration begins Monday, March 31st and ends Saturday April 19th.
     Storytime for Block 5 begins Tuesday, April 15th.

For children under three, we have a Toddler Time program Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings at 11AM that lasts approximately 15 minutes. This is a drop-in storytime and does not require pre-registration.

Financial Planning for Women
Financial Planning for Women (FPW) is a free monthly educational workshop designed to help women take control of their financial future. The mission of Financial Planning for Women is to educate women about personal finance and investing and motivate them to take responsibility for their financial future. The seminar meets the 2nd Wednesday (except August and December) at two times: 11:30AM-12:30PM at the USU Taggart Student Center room 336 (bring your lunch); and 7:00-8:30PM at the Family Life Center, 493 North 700 East, Logan (bottom of Old Main Hill). The longer evening time allows for more discussion. Programs are free and registration is not required.

Women of all ages and knowledge levels are welcome.

Logan CDBG 5-Year Strategic Plan Outreach Meeting
Attend an Outreach Meeting and get involved in the creation of Logan's five-year plan ("the Consolidated Plan"), which will ultimately dictate the strategic spending priorities for Community Development Block Grant funds through 2018.

7:00 PM Citizens Climate Lobby: Cache Valley monthly meeting

Citizens Climate Lobby is a nonprofit, grassroots advocacy organization focused on national policies to address climate change. They train and support volunteers to reclaim their democracy and engage elected officials and the media to generate the political will for solutions that will stabilize the Earth's climate.

We meet the 2nd Monday of each month, 6-7 p.m. Join us for good company and engaging conversation. We often have great guest speakers.
