Annual Spring Book Sale

The Merrill-Cazier Library will hold its Annual Spring Book Sale March 2-4, 2016. All books only 25¢ each (+ tax). From beach reading to scholarly texts, our diverse selection offers something for everyone. Sale starts 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, and continues during library open hours through Friday, March 4th, 3:00 p.m. Come to the Atrium of the Library, and take your mind on Spring Break!.

VITA - Tax Assistance
With the help of IRS certified volunteers, come get your federal and state taxes done for free. Simply call 2-1-1 to schedule an appointment.

VITA, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, is a program implemented through the statewide Earn It. Keep It. Save It. Coalition made up of local community partners. The coalition works to recruit IRS certified volunteers that provide free tax preparation services to low to moderate-income households (incomes below $51,000 in 2013).

Sites are available Monday - Thursday.

6:00 PM International Women's Night Out

Global Village Gifts is teaming up with Utah State University's Center for Women and Gender to host International Women’s Night Out in conjunction with the International Women’s Day celebration. Our annual event will be held Friday evening, March 11th from 6 - 9pm and aims to celebrate the social, economical, cultural and political achievements of women globally.We will be offering chocolate tastings, prize drawings, and an Italian soda bar. Featured guests: CAPSA, Sew'n'Sew, and Henna artists Stephen Hunsaker and Kjersti Hodgson.
