Cache County Fair and Rodeo

The Cache County Fair and Rodeo has been going for 136 years!

This year there will be a Fair Idol Competition. Entry forms for the 2015 Cache Idol Competition are due Friday, July 17th, by 5:00 pm. Auditions will be held on Monday, July 27th at 5:00 to 9:00 pm in the multipurpose room of the Cache Administration Building. For question, call Helen Cooper, 435-563-5977.

Fair admission is free. Rodeo and carnival tickets are available online and at a few locations around town. See the website for details and for a full schedule of events.

Carnival tickets will be available beginning July 6th, 2015. Tickets may be purchased at:

International Quilt Invitational Exhibition(Brigham)

International Quilt Invitational Exhibition

July 1st thru Aug. 29th, 2015

The world in cloth from the Czech Republic to Peru will be on display in the Brigham City Museum’s International Quilt Invitational Exhibition July 1 through Aug. 29, 2015. Quilters born in Russia, the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States have created works not only about their native country, but about places they have visited, specifically Italy, Africa, Ireland, France, India, Turkey, Indonesia and Australia.

The Brigham City Museum of Art & History is located at 24 North 300 West in Brigham City. The facility is in the lower level of the Senior/Community Center. The entrance is on the west side. From Interstate 15, take the Forest Street exit and travel east to 300 West. The museum is on the corner of Forest Street and 300 West.

Psicobloc Master Series (Park City)

Once again some of the top professional climbers in the world will converge on Park City, Utah, August 6-8, 2014 for the 2nd Annual Psicobloc Masters Series Competition presented by Clif Bar.

The Psicobloc Masters Series is split across three days from August 6-8, 2014. Qualifiers will be held at Momentum Climbing Gym-Millcreek on August 6th while Seeding and Finals rounds will be held on August 7th and 8th respectively at the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, UT.
