Friends of the Logan Library Public Big Book Sale

Mark your calendar for the Friends of the Logan Library Public Big Book Sale held at the library on Friday and Saturday, May 1st and 2nd, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 2nd, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Lake Bonneville Room.

Books purchased from Lake Bonneville Room will be sold at the price of $5.00 for a grocery-size plastic bag of books.

The Friends of the Logan Library Bookstore will also be open during the book sale, but will offer the regular prices of $1.00 for hardbacks and .50 cents for paperbacks. We accept cash and personal checks.

It's time to stock up on some good books to read! Mark your calendars and come on down to the Friends of the Logan Library Book Sale.

Explore animals, plants, and nature with your toddler through music, crafts, and games. This is a parent interactive program, and toddlers must have a parent present to participate and explore along with their child.

3:30 PM ASAP: After School Activity Program

Come join us in the Lake Bonneville Room every Thursday afternoon at 3:30 for our After School Activity Programs. Each week is something different. Choose your interests or come every week! All activities are free and open to the public. Intended for kids age 5 to 11 and their families.

1st Thursday: Science Club With Mrs. Otte and Mrs. D.

2nd Thursday: Technology With Cache Makers

3rd Thursday: Lego Club

4th Thursday: Stories and Crafts

5th Thursday: We'll have a surprise for you! Come find out what it is.

For January only:

  • Lego Club will be held the 4th Thursday, January 28th. The 3rd week, January 21st, we will be having a special program put on by Tyler Whitesides and the crew from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang!

7:00 PM Eboo Patel: Interfaith Cooperation

Eboo Patel founded the Interfaith Youth Core to counter the growing problem of religious intolerance and violence at home and abroad by training student and campus interfaith leaders to meet this challenge. He believes that religion is a bridge of cooperation rather than a barrier of division.
