3:00 PM Halloween Festival Come have a fun filled Halloween party at the 83rd Annual Halloween Festival at the Whittier Community Center. Have fun with games, a cake-walk, flaming pumpkin patch and more. A full list of the activities can be found on our website. Games start at one ticket each ($0.25) and go up to six tickets each. Bring a canned food item to benefit the Cache Food Pantry and receive FIVE free tickets. Limit one per family.
