Preschool Storytime

Our Children's Pre-School Storytime begins the week of September 3rd & 4th.

Preschool Storytime is for children ages 3-5. 30 minutes of stories, songs and fun! Parents and caregivers are welcome.

The Logan Library offers a variety of Storytime programs, including Preschool Storytime, Toddler Storytime and Spanish Storytime, as well as Afterschool Activities.

It’s that time of year to celebrate Baby Animal Days at American West Heritage Center. The event, which welcomes the coming of spring and the arrival of adorable baby animals, is welcoming more baby animals for more family fun! You can pet all sorts of baby animals.

Join us for four weeks of training on Wednesdays from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. We are striving to train family caregivers in ways to physically care for a loved one safely and effectively. Designed to hep empower caregivers, avoid re-hospitalizations, reduce injuries and isloation and improve quality of life and care!

The library has a new Tween club! We'll be playing with some new tech and just generally having a good time.

What is a tween? A kid who feels a little too old for Children's activities, but isn't ready (or old enough) to go to Teen activities. Generally, ages 10-14'ish.

Learn how to make more of your genealogical research. New topics monthly.

  • We will be discussing geospacial tools for genealogists with Librarian Joseph Anderson.

    • Learn how to use free tools to gather data from your family tree and plot the locations significant to your ancestors on a map.
    • Discuss the pros and cons of using the results to determine the ethnicities and cultures of your ancestors.

6:30 PM Gardening with Jim Teagan: Composting

7:30 PM USU Jazz Combos

Concert featuring USU student jazz combos, directed by Professors Corey Christiansen, Max Matzen, Braun Khan, and graduate assistant Parker Speirs. The combos will be performing sets comprised of well-known jazz standards and original compositions and arrangements. Jazz combos allow students to develop the skills of improvisation and musical interaction within a small group format.
