Cache Humane Society Holiday Card/Alternative Gift Sale
Come and find great gifts, and support the Cache Humane Society at the same time! We will be selling alternative gifts along with a fun holiday card. Select from a number of services you can purchase to help support the shelter, including feeding a cat or dog for a week, sponsoring an animal's stay at the shelter while it awaits adoption, providing a spay or neuter for an animal to make it more adoptable, or even sponsoring an adoption for a needy animal. We will be there Friday night during the gallery walk, and again on Saturday from 10AM-6PM.

Parade of Gingerbread Homes
The 12th Annual Historic Downtown Logan "Parade of Gingerbread Homes" is a contest that displays gingerbread house entries at downtown businesses from December 2nd through December 30th.
The public is invited to vote for their favorite Gingerbread House beginning December 2nd through December 16th. Each entry will have a chance to win one of three $100 Grand Prizes for the "Best of Show." The gingerbread homes will be on display at Anderson's Seed and Garden, The Beehive Grill, The Book Table, Center Street Salon, Coppin's Hallmark, The Diamond Gallery, Indian Oven, Life Style Homes, Peewee's Sweets, SE Needham, The Sportsman, Stork Landing, and U&I Furniture.

12:30 PM Surviving Genocide-Rape in Rwanda
The Museum of Anthropology will discuss the occurrence of Genocide-rape in Rwanda. Dr. Zraly will give a presentation about the Rwandan traumas at 12:30PM and at 2:30PM. Documentaries will be played at the museum beforehand starting at 10AM until the presentations begin.

Housing Solutions Workshop: A Foreclosure Prevention Workshop offers options, tools, and solutions for financially distressed homeowners. Topics include understanding your mortgage, money management in a financial crisis, the foreclosure process, options to prevent foreclosure, working with your lender, foreclosure scams, and rebuilding after foreclosure.
Workshops will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6-8pm
