The Logan Library supports NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month)! Our Juniper room is dedicated to NaNoWriMo Wednesdays in November during open hours. (Except the 22nd, when we close at 5pm.)

You'll have tables, chairs, outlets, books and librarians to help, and snacks and drinks are allowed!

Get ready to write, write, write!!!

10:15 AM Spanish-Language Storytime

Vengan a escuchar cuentos y canciones divertidas para los niños (¡Los padres son tambien invitados!) Come listen to fun stories and songs for children (Parents are also invited to attend!)

Spanish-Language storytime is for children of all ages and their parents. No registration is required.

5:00 PM Free NaNoWriMo Writing Workshops

The Cache Valley Community Writing Center will be holding the following writing workshops to help you conquer National Novel Writing Month!

  • November 1st: Intro to NaNoWriMo and the resources we have.
  • November 8th: Murder Mystery Night
  • November 15th: How to keep your novel afloat with world building and character exercises!
  • November 29th: Come celebrate all the writing you did!

All CVCWC Worskhops are held in the Jim Brider Room of the Logan Library from 5 pm to 6 pm, Wednesday nights. Free one-on-one tutoring is available from 6 pm to 7 pm. No registration required. Free and open to the public.

7:00 PM Freckle Farm Tree Festival

Join us for an evening of festive elegance to celebrate the season of giving. We're hosting a Silent Auction for the second annual Freckle Farm Tree Festival. The greenhouse will be transformed into a winter wonderland, filled with trees donated and decorated by businesses in our local community. Enjoy live music and refreshments while bidding for your favorite tree. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to The Family Place, a local non-profit working to help children and families in need in Cache Valley.

This event is free to attend and is sure to be a holiday tradition you won't want to miss!
