9:00 AM Northern Utah Economic Summit
What's Goin' Down Up North has been scheduled for September 26, 2013. This is the 8th annual Summit to partner and showcase business and economic development activity in Box Elder, Cache, Franklin and Rich counties. It will be held at USU Innovation Campus in North Logan. The Keynote Speaker will be Don Aslett speaking on "Growing Your Business."

The Human Library offers human books available to check out by readers curious to find out more about something the book has experienced or believes. Come find out the rest of the story!
3:30 PM Divorce Education for Children Class
A Divorce Education for Children class is being offered to assist children impacted by divorce. The class helps children to identify feelings common in divorce situations, while teaching them communication skills to express their feelings. Feedback received from both parents and children has been very positive; children are learning how to better communicate their feelings and parents are noticing positive changes in their child's behavior.
The Logan class is available to children enrolled in kindergarten through 6th grade whose parents are divorced or divorcing. Please note, the class is intended for children only and parents are not allowed to attend the class. Pre-registration for the class is required.

6:30 PM Faith Leader Domestic Abuse Training
This training is open to all members of the public, but specifically leaders of all faiths. The training will educate faith leaders on what domestic abuse is, signs, ways to support those impacted by abuse, legal responsibilities, and community resources to help this population.
This event is sponsored by the Cache County Coalition Against Domestic Abuse and Cache Community Connections. Light refreshments will be served prior to the start of the presentation.
7:00 PM Helicon West Open Mic Night
Helicon West is an open-mic reading/featured readers series for local poets and writers. Creative writers are invited to read up to 7 minutes of their original work. Arrive early to sign up. Readings are free, open to the public and uncensored.
Helicon West provides a regularly-scheduled place and time for members of the writing community to give their work a public voice, with no restrictions on levels of skill and no censorship of ideas or craft. Publication of readers' work is a main goal.

7:30 PM The Learned Ladies
Utah State Theatre presents "The Learned Ladies" by Moliere, translated into English verse by Richard Wilbur.
Henriette and Clitandre are two young lovers who want to get married. There's only one problem - Henriette's family. Her mother, aunt and older sister are obsessed with becoming cultured ladies and are set on Henriette marrying their paragon, "scholar" and mediocre poet Trissotin. Two lovers navigate the dangerous waters of culture and family relations.
There will also be a matinee performance September 28 at 2 pm.
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or in person at the CCA Box Office.
