12:00 PM Noon Music at the Tabernacle
Monday through Friday during the summer months (June 3 - August 9) music is provided free of charge at the Logan Tabernacle. The program starts at 12PM, lasts 30 minutes and is performed by various artists. The only exception is that during Summerfest on the Logan Tabernacle Grounds on June 13-15 there will be no concerts inside the building. There will be many musical performances on the grounds outside, however. A schedule of performers can be found on the Logan Tabernacle's blog and Facebook page, at the Cache Valley Visitors Bureau, or at the concerts themselves.
7:30 PM Noises Off
The Old Lyric Repertory Company presents Noises Off in the Caine Lyric Theatre.
One of the funniest plays ever written, Noises Off presents a manic menagerie of traveling actors rehearsing a flop called Nothing's On. Doors slamming, on and offstage plotting and misbehaving sardines all figure in the plot of this hilarious and classically witty play.
9:30 PM An Evening with Saturn
Arguably one of the most lovely planets, Saturn will feature prominently in the night sky this July. Drop in for a chance to see this planet up close with a telescope. Local astronomer Jim Akers will be on hand to answer questions, talk about the planets, and show other interesting objects in the sky.
