They Painted in the Canyons Art Exhibit

The Logan Library will be hosting an Art Exhibit from the Traveling Exhibition Program in the state of Utah.

A student exhibition of rare books and manuscripts.

The exhibit runs from November 20th thur February 28th.

There will be an opening reception November 20th, 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Refreshments to be served.

5:00 PM CVCWC Writing Workshops

The Cache Valley Community Writing Center will be holding the following writing workshops at the Logan Library:

  • January 29th: Narrative Points of View - Shaun Anderson
  • February 5th: The Narrative Stir Fry: Knowing When & How to Mix Scene, Summary & Interiority - Jordan Forest
  • February 12th: Writing's a Joke: How to do the Funnies in Creative Writing - Tyler Monson
  • February 19th: Commas and Calamities: Basic Formatting and Grammar Choices for Creative Writing - Jack Bylund
  • February 26th: Surprised by Joy: Lessons from the Life and Writing of C. S. Lewis - Tylor Monson, Cari Phillips & Emily Joy Powell

All CVCWC Worskhops are held in the Brider Room of the Logan Library from 5 pm to 6 pm, Wednesday nights. Free one-on-one tutoring is available from 6 pm to 7 pm. No registration required. Free and open to the public.
