7:00 PM Free Communication Workshop
Marshall Rosenberg, founder of Nonviolent Communication, has developed a communication model used successfully all over the world to alleviate conflicts. Those ideas can change personal, family and community relationships right here in our individual lives too. This "language" will be explored in the workshop.

You will learn to:
- Express your feelings, yet honorably
- See your needs clearly
- Understand the need behind other people's words
- Listen to others' feelings, not just their words
- Know how to invite others to safely communicate, to resolve problems

There are two classes in this workshop series - attend both. This seminar is free because of funding from a generous donor. To make sure that you are on the list and have a spot, please pre-register. At-door participants will only be accepted if there is room. Contact Janet Summit to pre-register.
