Friends of the Logan Library Public Big Book Sale

Mark your calendar for the Friends of the Logan Library Public Big Book Sale held at the library on Friday and Saturday, May 1st and 2nd, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 2nd, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Lake Bonneville Room.

Books purchased from Lake Bonneville Room will be sold at the price of $5.00 for a grocery-size plastic bag of books.

The Friends of the Logan Library Bookstore will also be open during the book sale, but will offer the regular prices of $1.00 for hardbacks and .50 cents for paperbacks. We accept cash and personal checks.

It's time to stock up on some good books to read! Mark your calendars and come on down to the Friends of the Logan Library Book Sale.

We provide adaptive equipment and support, which enable people with disabilities to participate in outdoor recreation alongside their peers. These experiences reduce stereotypes, raise awareness, and empower people to realize their full potential. Our trips are not only accessible physically but also financially.

Hope Rising: Retreat for Moms
If you're a mom to kids of any age who are dealing with intense emotional and/or behavior challenges associated with early childhood trauma, attachment, or other mental illness, we are looking for you!


Come join us for a multi-day "get away" retreat full of rest, relaxation, socializing, laughter, learning, healing, and connecting with other moms who "get it" and are all living this same crazy life. Don't be bashful! Moms from all over country, from all walks of life, and with kids of all ages and stages will be there. We'd love to have you, too.

Location We host small annual retreats (14-20 women per location) all across the country. We have openings in Utah, Arizona, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Dr. Christopher Scheer, assistant professor in the USU Department of Music, will give a talk on the exhibition, "Enchanted Modernities" currently on display in the museum's upper gallery. Dr. Scheer will talk about the themes of the exhibition and be available to answer questions.

Alive Inside is a joyous exploration into our relationship with music and how it can reawaken our souls.
