Sun 'n' Snow Runners Event
The Snow 'n' Sun Runners are a running club located in Northern Utah, the Cache Valley and Logan area. They hold various runs throughout the year with the Top of Utah Marathon, Top of Utah Half Marathon and Blacksmith Fork Freedom Run (15k) being their larger runs. They also assist other organizations with their running events.

9:00 AM Compulsive Eaters Anonymous - HOW Meeting
Can't stop eating?? Compulsive Eaters Anonymous - HOW (CEA - HOW) is a group of individuals who, through shared experience and mutual support, are recovering from compulsive eating. Come to a meeting and start finding hope!

There are no dues or fees for membership. The only requirement is a desire to stop eating compulsively. The results are life changing.

Meetings are held Saturdays 9AM-10AM at the BRAG Office.

9:00 AM Scout Saturday: Environmental Science Merit Badge

A full day of environmental science and hands-on experiments for Boy Scouts! This Scout Saturday fulfills all requirements for the Environmental Science Merit Badge. Activities are led by SNC’s certified scout counselor and include comparing species diversity of field sites, learning about endangered species, and conducting an experiment on impacts and response strategies for environmental emergencies.

9:00 AM Walk to End Alzheimer's

Everyone has a reason to end Alzheimer's.

Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.

While there is no fee to register, each participant is expected to fundraise in order to contribute to the cause and raise awareness. The Alzheimer’s Association provides free, easy-to-use tools and staff support to help each participant reach their fundraising goal.

African dance taught in an invigorating atmosphere! Workshops will focus on West African and Congolese dance. Great fun, whether you're experiencing African dance for the first time or are a seasoned dancer! No experience necessary, children welcome with an adult.

11:30 AM Loaves and Fishes Community Meal

Join with us for a free community meal designed to feed not only hungry bodies but also provide connection and fellowship with others. Open to all!

This event is supported by a variety of Cache Valley agencies and organizations, including St Thomas, St John's, Prince of Peace, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Cache Valley Food Pantry, Volunteer Center, PAWS, and others. All are welcome. The meal is not sponsored by or promoting a specific church or belief.

2:00 PM Chinese Extravaganza Cultural Workshop
Little Bloomsbury Foundation presents "Chinese Extravaganza Summer and Fall 2013," featuring cultural workshops held Saturdays from 2PM - 3PM in the Logan Library, followed by on-site interview recordings of radio program "Wan Li Lu - 10,000 Miles."

These workshops are free and open to all ages.

6:00 PM The Great Gatsby Literary Ball
The 2nd Annual Literary Ball is upon us! This year, our theme is F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby! We will have 20s dancing, a screening of the 2013 version of The Great Gatsby, refreshments, craps, poker, and commemorative photos! Please come in 20s or semi-formal dress. Costumes are available to rent at the USU Costume Shop for only $10. Learn how to do the Charleston here and here and the Black Bottom here! Sponsored by USU's English Department and Sigma Tau Delta.
