Parade of Gingerbread Homes

With the holiday season here, itÂ’s time again for the 19th Annual Parade of Gingerbread Homes in Downtown Logan.

The event has grown into a much loved local tradition, not only for the architects who design gingerbread creations but for everyone who participates by voting on their favorite edible wonderland. This year, each architect will have a chance to win one of six $100 Grand Prizes! Voting Ballots are available at each site beginning Saturday, December 1st.

This is a self-guided walking tour and the sites and architects include:

Wizard of Oz: National Tour

"We're off to see. . . " the most magical adventure of them all! The National Tour of The Wizard of Oz is an enchanting adaptation of the all-time classic, bringing you everything you know and love from the classic film, in true Broadway splendor. Click your heels and join Dorothy, her ruby slippers, and her trio of friends as they journey through the magical land of Oz to meet the Wizard and obtain their heart's desires.

Come learn what it means and gain skills to be an UPSTANDER at home, school, or in your community! Upstanding is a bystander approach to ending harm and violence. When we know how to stand up we can help end and work to prevent further bullying, suicide, and unhealthy relationships. Come be empowered to stand up and make a difference!

This is another fundraiser show that will benefit Logan Pride. We'll be some of our girls back such as Veronica Bellarose, Anya Bacon, Cochina Fea as well as some fresh faces! 6:00 PM Square and Round Dance Lessons

Come join "Lace n' Levis" for a do-si-do of a good time. New/rusty dancers beginning September 16, 2017. Dress is casual or square dance attire. 6-7 pm Round Dance Class. 7-8pm Square Dance Class. First 3 classes are free. Special rates for school students and their families.

7:00 PM Big Band Swing Dancing at Elite Hall (Hyrum)

The USU Big Band Swing Club sponsors a Big Band Swing Dance monthly at the historic Elite Hall in Hyrum. Free lessons are taught from 7-8 pm. The dance is from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

The Cache Community Big Band will be performing.

"Unfailing Light" is an evening service of Holy Communion that will take place on the first four Sundays of December, including Christmas Eve, at 7 pm.

Prior to the service, there will be a fun craft activity for all ages at 6 pm!

7:30 PM Contra Dance

Please join us at the Whittier for a community contra dance. These dances are open to the public, so bring your friends and family. Beginners are always welcome. No partner necessary. Each dance is taught. Live music and calling. Great exercise and lots of fun.

Presented by the Bridger Folk Music Society Cache Valley Folk Dancers.

No dances June thru August.
