Sarah Knight Senior Viola Recital
Sarah Knight will be performing movements from the Bach 6th Suite, The Brahms E flat Sonata and Hindemith's Der Schwanendreher Concerto. This recital is in partial fulfillment for the Bachelor of Music Degree at Utah State University. Sarah is a student of Brad Ottesen of the Fry Street Quartet.
9:00 AM Compulsive Eaters Anonymous - HOW Meeting
Can't stop eating?? Compulsive Eaters Anonymous - HOW (CEA - HOW) is a group of individuals who, through shared experience and mutual support, are recovering from compulsive eating. Come to a meeting and start finding hope!
There are no dues or fees for membership. The only requirement is a desire to stop eating compulsively. The results are life changing.
Meetings are held Saturdays 9AM-10AM at the BRAG Office.
10:00 AM Baby Animal Days
Spring is the time for puppies to quack and chicks to neigh, so Utah's favorite spring event is back with more baby animals than ever before and fun activities for all ages. Family fun with animals at this popular and beloved northern Utah event. Kids love petting the baby animals, and participating in frontier Springtime activities. There will be baby animals, Train and Pony Rides, Living History, Reel fishin' Experience, and The Return of Bear World Baby Bears! This event is sponsored by USU Credit Union, Elements, RAPZ, and Utah State University!
Main festival (many activities, vendors, and more) is April 3-5. Limited festival (pretty much animals only) April 12, 19, & 26.
7:00 PM Inter-Faith Musical Tribute to Easter
Inter-Faith Musical Tribute to Easter: Praise to the Lord.
The perfomance will include an Easter Cantata by Sally Defore and some added selections by Neil & Shirley Harries.
The performance will be located at the Paris Idaho Stake Tabernacle in Paris, Idaho.
7:30 PM Talking Pictures by Horton Foote
Talking Pictures is about Myra Tolliver who supports herself and her teenage son by playing the music for silent movies and teaching piano lessons to a couple of girls. As the talkies are about to put an end to her living, Myra searches for a means to support her family in a world on the brink of the Great Depression.
