7:30 AM One Step At A Time 5K Run

The goal of the Run is to increase awareness of the need of organ donors and to help families in need. Each year we hope to help a family working through the long, costly and emotionally trying challenges that come at times when an organ transplant is needed to sustain Life.

This year, we are helping Josesph.

Joseph is 25 years old. He is always happy and never complains about the medical issues he deals with. He has a sweet wife and a beautiful daughter who just turned two. In the past year Joseph underwent a long and painful surgery to remove most of his intestines. Initially after the surgery, everything seemed to get better for him. However, Joseph went back into the doctor not long ago and found out his liver is failing. This was not only causing major health problems for him, but has created a lot of financial difficulty for him and his family.

Every dollar from One Step At A Time 5K will go to Joseph and his wife Julie.
