9:00 AM Compulsive Eaters Anonymous - HOW Meeting
Can't stop eating?? Compulsive Eaters Anonymous - HOW (CEA - HOW) is a group of individuals who, through shared experience and mutual support, are recovering from compulsive eating. Come to a meeting and start finding hope!

There are no dues or fees for membership. The only requirement is a desire to stop eating compulsively. The results are life changing.

Meetings are held Saturdays 9AM-10AM at the BRAG Office.

9:00 AM Teddy Bear Run
All motorcyclists are invited to join in the 19th Annual Teddy Bear Run, which benefits the Children's Justice Center. Registration will start at 8AM at Renegade Sports in Logan and at 9AM at Vescos in Brigham City. The Renegade group will depart at 9AM sharp and the Vescos group will depart at 10AM sharp. There will be dozens of booths offering free health screenings and information, fun children's activities, Zumba, prize giveaways, free t-shirts to the first 200 participants, Latin food, music, and more!

Have a sunny window? Container gardening is a great way to extend your growing season beyond the first cold snap-and it's not just for flowers! In this workshop we will discuss the ins and outs of container gardening in general and you will have the opportunity to plant your own edible container of lettuces and herbs to take home.

2:00 PM Chinese Extravaganza Cultural Workshop
Little Bloomsbury Foundation presents "Chinese Extravaganza Summer and Fall 2013," featuring cultural workshops held Saturdays from 2PM - 3PM in the Logan Library, followed by on-site interview recordings of radio program "Wan Li Lu - 10,000 Miles."

These workshops are free and open to all ages.
