NAMI Art Show
NAMI(National Alliance on Mental Illness) Cache Valley, in partnership with the Artists' Gallery, is hosting an art exhibit comprised of art created by those with and affected by mental illness. We would love for you to attend our event and support our brave artists. This is the first, of what we hope, will become an annual event for our chapter of NAMI. What better way to celebrate our members gifts and reach out to our community than through beautiful art, good food and the company of others. Hope to see you there!

The Got Health & Happiness Wellness Center is holding a series of classes from Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University, on Thursdays at 5:15 pm. Childcare provided.

6:00 PM Bridgerland Audubon Society Annual Meeting and Social
The Bridgerland Auduon Society will be holding their Annual Meeting & Social at the The Italian Place with a taco bar and BYOB. It will include elections, award presentations, 200 club update, and trivia (with fabulous prizes!).
Keynote will be the role of beaver and restoration in promoting better health for streams, presented by Joe Wheaton, co-director of the Intermountain Center for River Rehabilitation.

6:30 PM Parenting the Love and Logic Way
Participants will learn how to end power struggles with their children, teach responsibility, and prevent arguments.
This class will be taught by Family Life Educators for Utah State University Extension in conjunction with Healthy Relationships Utah.

7:00 PM Helicon West Open Mic Night
Helicon West is an open-mic reading/featured readers series for local poets and writers. Creative writers are invited to read up to 7 minutes of their original work. Arrive early to sign up. Readings are free, open to the public and uncensored.
Helicon West provides a regularly-scheduled place and time for members of the writing community to give their work a public voice, with no restrictions on levels of skill and no censorship of ideas or craft. Publication of readers' work is a main goal.

7:00 PM Young Artist Cup
Come! Join us this year either as a competitor or audience member. Its an experience youll never forget!
The 18th Annual Young Artist Cup is for Mountain Crest & Ridgeline students in grades 10-12. Everyone is invited to attend. This event showcases the musical talents of MCHS students in 6 areas: Piano, male & female vocal, strings, wind/brass/percussion, and graphic arts.
The competition is Thursday and Friday. Strings and vocal are April 13th. Piano and Winds/Brass/Percussion are April 14th.
