LEADership OUTdoors ADVENTURE
Outdoor leadership classes for students 7th-12th grades! Finally a well-rounded course focusing on life education and character development through classical literature, outdoor awareness and hand crafting!

Some of the books/skills/activities in this Spring Course:

Books for Spring Semester, The Long Walk

Matchless fires, cordage, primitive pottery, permaculture, tracking, wood carving, wild plan and animal identification, hiking, campfire cooking and more!

Thursdays from 2:00-5:00PM

March 20 through May 22 (No class spring break April 3)

Tuition for Course (9 weeks)

$325 Books and matierials included. Class size will be limited to 15 students

(minimum of 8 students required to hold course)

VITA - Tax Assistance
With the help of IRS certified volunteers, come get your federal and state taxes done for free. Simply call 2-1-1 to schedule an appointment.

VITA, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, is a program implemented through the statewide Earn It. Keep It. Save It. Coalition made up of local community partners. The coalition works to recruit IRS certified volunteers that provide free tax preparation services to low to moderate-income households (incomes below $51,000 in 2013).

Sites are available Monday - Thursday.

7:00 PM Helicon West Open Mic Night

Helicon West is an open-mic reading/featured readers series for local poets and writers. Creative writers are invited to read up to 7 minutes of their original work. Arrive early to sign up. Readings are free, open to the public and uncensored.

Helicon West provides a regularly-scheduled place and time for members of the writing community to give their work a public voice, with no restrictions on levels of skill and no censorship of ideas or craft. Publication of readers' work is a main goal.

Sponsored by the USU Writing Center and the Logan Library.

7:00 PM Cache Community Band performs A Musical Journey
Cache Community Band presents A Musical Journey directed by Dan Stowell.

From the shores of America to the Scottish highlands, this program will feature thundering brass fanfares and traditional folk music, celectial melodies an dpopular show tunes, well-known classics and contemporary marches - we've got something for everyone!
