This group is for adolescents ages 12-17. It will be Mondays, April 20th - June 8th held virtually on TeleHealth. Participants will learn and practice self-regulation skills to help them cope with stress from trauma victimization and the COVID-19 pandemic. This group is particularly beneficial for those with stress from the pandemic or other life stressors that are triggering unwanted feelings related to past traumatic events. Participants will be supported and guided in how to best cope during this stressful time. Facilitated by Cynthia Navarro Flores, M.A. Pre-doctoral Intern and Madison Elliot, MSW Intern.
