Cache Makers: Engineering Sampler (USU E-Clubs)

clear clear

For anyone with an interest in pursuing a career in STEM one day, or in learning about what engineering is, this is the group for you! We'll be exploring a different type of engineering each day; mechanical, civil, electrical, and biological engineering, among other types will all be represented.

Cache Makers will have student clubs from Utah State University coming in to talk to you about why they like engineering, what they were interested in doing in high school, and what they hope to do with engineering one day. They'll also be doing fun representative engineering projects with you such as mixing concrete, or arduino challenges.

This group is perfect for exploring what engineering is all about, and each week will have a fun new challenge. You'll also get to meet lots of future engineers and find out what makes them passionate about what they do! Intermediate (Grades 6-8 | Ages11-13), Senior (Grades 9-12 | Ages 14-17)

This group will meet Thursdays in the workshop from 6:30-8:30 pm for six weeks.

Parents of youth qualifying for free or reduced lunch may apply the discount code FRLunch to the tickets of their choice.

Due to new university policy, we can no longer offer discounts for parental involvement.
