Utah State Library for the Blind and Disabled

The Utah State Library for the Blind and Disabled provides special public library services for people who are blind, visually disabled, physically disabled, and reading disabled. They are part of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, a Library of Congress Network that has 56 regional and 93 sub regional libraries throughout the United States.

Utah residents who meet the qualifications may apply for library services by completing an application form available on the website and submitting it to the Utah State Library for the Blind and Disabled.
