The mission of the UATP is to increase the availability, utilization and maintenance of assistive technology necessary for persons of all ages and with all disabilities to gain independence, increase productivity and pursue opportunities. Assistive technology is any type of device or service that can be used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of people with disabilities.
