Up to 3 Early Intervention

The mission of the Up To 3 program is to provide families with the knowledge and tools to enhance their child's growth and development. Program staff implements family-centered practices which support the philosophy that a family's concerns, values, priorities and resources establish the framework for service. This process results in the development of an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) which directs the specific services needed for the child and who will deliver those services.

Up To 3 provides early identification and developmental services for families of infants and toddlers, ages birth to three, in Box Elder, Cache and Rich counties in Utah.
