The mission of Up To 3 Early Intervention is to provide services and promote the development of children under the age of 3 with developmental delays or disabilities and their families living in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties. Services available to address their needs include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, individual special instruction, behavior, feeding/nutrition services, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
