Disability Law Center

The Disability Law Center is a private, non-profit organization designated by the Governor to protect the rights of people with disabilities in Utah. Their services are statewide, available at no cost, and include:

- Legal Advice and Representation
- Investigations
- Self Advocacy Training
- Legal Rights Training
- Legislative Advocacy

The Disability Law Center can help with a wide variety of legal matters in the areas of:

- Abuse and neglect
- Discrimination in housing, public places and employment
- Voting access
- Medicaid, Medicare or other insurance denial of assistive technology
- Special Education
- Vocational Rehab services
- Work related Social Security overpayments
- and many other disability-related topics
