Our clinic offers professional mental health services on an individual, couple, and family basis. We offer therapy services in a wide range of treatment areas, including, but not limited to, individual therapy and couples counseling, sexual issues, pornography addiction, substance abuse, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, and stress management.

In addition to offering individual therapy sessions, CSNU also offers a variety of group therapy classes. Our most popular group therapy class is focused on relaxation as a method of stress management. We also have a healthy marriage class, a pre-marriage class, addiction recovery classes, and a basic life skills class which focuses on healthy living techniques, communication, and other topics designed to help individuals achieve success throughout life. We have had past groups on parenting and single parent groups in the past, and if there is a great enough interest we will offer those groups again.

Fees: The primary objective of CSNU is to help individuals in the community, and, as our pricing reflects, our desire is to help. For those without insurance or whose insurance we cannot accept, we offer services based upon a sliding fee scale determined by monthly income and number of dependents. Session prices range from $20 to $60. The prices for our groups are $10 per class, except for the healthy marriage class which is $20 per couple per class.
