Logan Library Summer Reading Program - Begins June 1

There are heroes everywhere: real-life heroes as well as the superheroes you find in movies, books, comics, and TV shows. Every one of these heroes has their own story. Come discover some of their stories this summer at the Logan Library!

Well have superhero story hours on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings (same program both days), Spanish-language storytime on Wednesday mornings, fun activities on Thursday afternoons, and Hero Movies on Friday afternoons.

And - of course - you can read and earn prizes!

Join us, beginning on Monday June 1st.

LEGO Club and LEGO Club JR.
clear

Join us for the Logan Library's LEGO Club and LEGO Club Jr.!

LEGO Club is for teens and tweens (ages 8-up), and will be held in the Jim Bridger Room.

LEGO Club JR. is for children age 7 and under, and will be in the Lake Bonneville Room.

The library will provide the Legos and a new theme for each month.

Children under age 5 must be accompanied by an adult.

Afterschool Activity: Zoo Animals!

Come meet some of the animals from the Willow Park Zoo!

Willow Park Zoo Education Director Barbara Tew and some of her feathered and scaly friends will be at the Logan Library on Thursday afternoon. Join us to meet and learn about some interesting creatures.

Children under age 6 must be accompanied by an adult.

Día de los Niños / Día de los Libros
clear

The whole family is invited to the Logan Library's "Día de los niños/Día de los libros - Children's Day/Book Day" celebration, an international holiday celebrating "many children, many cultures, many books!"

When: Saturday, April 25: 2:00 - 4:00 PM
Where: Logan Library


Our Día celebration will open with a puppet show by Carla Schulz. There will be many fun crafts, games and activities for children to do as well. All youth who attend can receive a free book. Admission is free.

LEGO Club and LEGO Club Junior

Our LEGO club has become so popular that we've decided to split it in two!

LEGO Club is for tweens and teens, ages 8-14. Join us to build fun creations with LEGO bricks.

Learn some of the science behind paper airplanes - how and why they fly - and then have fun making some planes of your own!

Storytime Registration is now open!
