The Logan Library has the following meeting rooms available for public use.

Fees
There is not a fee for meeting room use, if the meeting meets all of the following criteria:
- Meeting is a public meeting of an educational, cultural, or civic group.
- There is no charge or fee for meeting attendance.
- Meeting is open to the public and attendance is not limited to group members.
The following types of meetings will be subject to an hourly charge for meeting room use. Charges vary depending on the room reserved (see chart above):
- Meetings sponsored by formal and informal groups, family groups, political organizations, unions, businesses, religious groups, etc.
- Activities such as meetings, special events, or commercially sponsored events where the attendance is not open to the general public.
Rules
- Meeting room reservations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of meeting, but no more than 180 days in advance.
- Rooms are available only during regular library hours. Access outside of library hours requires prior approval.
- The group reserving the room is responsible for set-up and clean-up. This includes making sure exterior doors are secured. Include anticipated set-up and clean-up time in the initial room reservation.
- Access to the meeting rooms is only available through the main public entrance, unless prior approval has been given.
- The group reserving the room must provide equipment (such as audio visual equipment) not listed in the table above.
- Room fees must be paid in advance and are not refundable.
- Meeting room users will be billed for wear and damage beyond reasonable usage to meeting rooms or meeting room furniture.
- Permission to use meeting rooms shall be denied any group whose purposes or actions are illegal. Permission will also be denied if conduct interferes with the activities of the library.
- The library is not responsible for loss or damage to materials belonging to individuals or groups using the meeting rooms.
- Posted Logan City parking lot rules are strictly enforced.
- Failure to abide by any of the above rules may result in the loss of meeting room use privileges.
