Lundstrom Park

Date: about 1980

Address: 1600 East 1350 North

Lundstrom Park was named for A.G. Lundstrom, mayor from 1926-1940, who is remembered for his work to develop a diesel generating plant and preserve Logan’s municipal power system. The land was originally the university’s “turkey farm” and was acquired by the city in March 1969. The property remained undeveloped until 1976.
