1875 Logan Bird's Eye View Map
While organizing and sorting through some historical materials, I found an article which appeared in the Deseret News newspaper in January 1973. It detailed some of the history behind a bird's eye view map of Logan which now hangs on the wall in our special collections.
The map was given to former Mayor Fjeldsted by then librarian Virginia Hanson. The map appears to be an original from the nineteenth century and has since been digitized by USU Special Collections for inclusion on the Mountain West Digital Library.
Come in to the library to view this interesting piece of Logan history or contact me with any questions.
