The Logan Library has four new research computers. These computers can be used to search the Logan Library's collection of online research databases. Uses for these computers include:

• Locating magazine and journal articles.
• Searching local and national newspapers.
• Performing genealogy research.
• Viewing online auto repair manuals.
• Reading NetLibrary ebooks.
• More.

You can also access our research databases from home with a valid Logan Library Card Number and Pin number.

The Logan Library recently published our 2007 Annual Report. The Annual Report contains key statistics about usage of the Logan Library during 2007. For example:

• There were 248,753 visits to the library.
• Patrons checked out 774,367 items.
• At the end of the year we had 180,279 items in our collection.

The Everton Genealogy Collection will be closing temporarily due to the ongoing construction in the Logan Justice Building. The collection will remain open for its typical operating hours until the last day of operation on Friday, March 28. We anticipate that the Everton Collection will remain in storage for 12-24 months before becoming available to the public again.
