The Logan Library now offers book club kits available for checkout. Each kit consists of 8-10 copies of a book along with a discussion guide. Book club kits circulate for six weeks, and they can be reserved up to six months in advance. Visit the book club webpage to see a complete list of available titles and to reserve a kit.

Last week the Logan Library opened a new outdoor book drop near the southwest corner of the library building. We are providing the new book drop to assist busy library users who need to drop off a few items but don't need to come into the library. We hope it makes using the library a little bit more convenient for everyone.

Last spring, we conducted a survey regarding magazines in the Logan Library. Based on the results of that survey, we have made a few changes to our magazine collection.

• We've updated the list of magazines we subscribe to. We've added some frequently requested titles such as Mental Floss and Dwell and eliminated some lesser-used titles.


• You can now check out magazines. We keep one year of back issues for all magazines. All issues except the current issue can be checked out for one week. Magazines cannot be renewed and they cannot be put on hold.


• As always, we continue to provide access to thousands of magazines online through our EBSCO subscription. Simply log in with your Logan Library card number and Pin.
