A clever and fun mystery/romance about the book publishing world. When a newly-submitted, anonymous manuscript begins to mirror the life of the reluctant heroine the excitement begins. The plot twists in this story kept me guessing up to the final page.

Book: The Magic of Ordinary Days by Ann Howard Creel

A simple but powerful read about World War II on the homefront.  Howard's novel tells the story of Olivia Dunne, a young woman facing her own trials while trying to find somewhere to belong.  If you liked The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, you will enjoy this beautifully written read as well.  Check it out!

Set in the Celtic world where old magic struggles with new religion, young Sorcha, must face insurmountable challenges to save her brothers. This is the first in a series that is a beautifully written, magical story of loyalty and love.
