<br />Here is another reading pick from the Logan Library Staff.

Book: Fritz Danced the Fandango
by Alicia Potter

Recommended by: Laura
Fritz, a talented little goat, is not appreciated by his herd. Fritz decides he needs a new herd, one who won't mind the clippity-clop of his dancing. On his journey through the mountainside Fritz meets other animals with talents as unique as his own, and discovers that what makes you different can bring you closer to those you love.

Bookcover: Rescuing Wayward ChildrenHere is another reading pick from the Logan Library Staff.

Book: Rescuing Wayward Children
by Larry Barkdull

Recommended by: Angela
This book is written from an LDS perspective and addresses the concerns of parents whose children have rebelled and gone against the values they have taught them.  Barkdull's message is one of hope as he discusses the strength of God's love for His children and of the Savior's redeeming power. Barkdull says that as parents commit themselves more fully to God, they will have greater power to assist God in His work of redemption, especially in their own families. I would recommend this book to anyone experiencing or interested in these types of issues.

Bookcover: Gone GirlHere is another reading pick from the Logan Library Staff.

Book: Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

Recommended by: Maren
Amy is gone and her husband, Nick, is the only suspect in her disappearance. Alternately narrated by Nick in the present and Amy through her journal entries, the twists and turns in their marriage leave you wondering if you really know happened. This dark but interesting psychological thriller explored their deteriorating relationship, as well as the tendency of our media-saturated culture to convict a husband of his wife's disappearance before they ever go to trial.
