Time Limits

The maximum computer session is 60 minutes. When your time ends you may make another session.

Saving Your Work

To protect your privacy, files saved on the computer's hard drive are erased after each computer session. Once the session expires there is no way to retrieve unsaved information or information saved on the computer's hard drive.

The best way to save your work is on a USB flash drive or a CD/DVD. Flash drives are available to purchase at the Reference Desk. Each computer has a CD/DVD drive. There are also readers for memory cards and memory sticks for most digital cameras and portable devices. Our computers do not have floppy disk drives.

All of the computers print to a high-quality color laser printer. Black and White printouts are 10 cents per page. Color printouts are 25 cents per page.
